Simple Faith Talk

in the Eagle River Valley.

Have you read your Bible today and made time to pray? Did you spend any time with God praising him? Like so often happens to me, my intentions were good but good ol’ time just steals the moments away. As busy as we are, we all intend to create special moments to focus on God. Teaching our children to focus on God may be MORE challenging. We can best do this in the everyday natural moments of our lives. The beginning of spring is such a natural time to focus your child’s attention on God’s plan for the change of seasons. Conversations can focus on “Who makes the flowers to grow after winter? Who blesses us with warm sunshine and makes the green grass and trees?” These simple, yet meaningful conversations, put our focus back on the God of our Creation. It’s really that simple.
